Load-in Information -

  • The Herbst Theatre is located in the center of the Veterans Building and has public hallways on all sides.
  • Events "load-in" to the theatre through the up-center-stage loading doors, which lead through the back wall of the theatre from the west corridor of the building.
  • Items to be loaded into the Herbst Theatre enter the building from the "Horseshoe" driveway via the southwest doors of the Veterans Building.
  • There is no loading dock, so any trucks used to deliver items to the theatre should have a liftgate or ramp.
  • There are two standard sized double-doors that items must pass through to reach the theatre. The size of items to be loaded-in is limited by the dimensions of these doors. Please see the Stage Electrician for details.
