Patina Catering offers an extensive range of event services, from creative menu and logistics planning to décor selection and budget development. The Patina Catering team, led by Executive Chef Dean Rona and his staff, effortlessly executes even the most complex events.


Chef Rona has worked alongside many of San Francisco's premiere chefs, including Jeremiah Tower, Yves Garnier and Wendy Brucker. With Patina he has expertly managed VIP events such as the Emmy Awards Governor's Ball, the Independent Spirit Awards, film premieres and exclusive private dinners.

As Executive Chef, Dean has run cultural venues that include the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Segerstrom Center for the Arts and Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts.

Since 2008, we have been fortunate to have Chef Rona creating seamless cultural experiences in our kitchen by crafting exquisite performance-inspired menus from seasonal fare.
